We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Use from time to time. We advise you to read these Terms of Use prior to every use of or purchase from the Site. Your use of the Site or purchase of any product or service from us constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use and/or any amendments thereto, do not use the Site.


Restrictions
To use the Site, you must be 21 years of age or older, the legal drinking age in the United States. If you are not of legal drinking age, please exit this Site immediately.


Purchasing Wines
Wines may be sold and delivered only to a person who is 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you represent that: (1) you are 21 years of age or older; and (2) the person to whom any wine will be delivered is 21 years old of age or older.


Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped using FedEx and GSO (where available) and our shipping prices include packaging materials. During the winter and summer months, weather conditions and longer delivery times can often result in the spoilage of your order. Expedited delivery options tend to be worth the added expense in order to protect your investment.

  • Indiana – Purchases limited to 12 cases per customer per year.
  • Iowa – No current limitations.
  • Kansas – Purchases limited to 12 cases per household per year.
  • Maine – Purchases limited to 12 cases per household per year, no product less than 750ML.
  • Maryland – Purchases limited to 18 cases per household per year.

Please note that all orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years, and that age verification will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances the order may either be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
